Subfork Trademark Policy

The Subfork name, word mark, logos, and related brand assets are trademarks of Enluminari LLC. They identify the official Subfork project, product, and service.

The Apache License 2.0 applies to the example graphs, documentation, and supporting code in this repository. As stated in Section 6 of that license, it does not grant permission to use Enluminari LLC’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, or product names except for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the licensed work.

Permitted Uses

Without additional permission, you may:

• refer truthfully to Subfork and link to subfork.com;
• state that a graph, tool, or integration works with or was created for Subfork;
• reproduce the unmodified Subfork word mark from this repository when identifying or linking to the official Subfork project, provided the use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Uses Requiring Permission

Do not, without prior written permission from Enluminari LLC:

• use Subfork or a confusingly similar name as part of your company, product, service, application, package, domain, or social-media account name;
• use or modify a Subfork logo in a way that suggests an official product, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement;
• use Subfork branding on merchandise or in advertising unrelated to truthful compatibility or attribution;
• remove, obscure, or alter trademark or attribution notices.
